By creating a profile, you are acknowledging that we will be establishing a relationship whereupon we represent you, the prospective purchaser(s) or renter(s), on all open listings and other brokers’ exclusive listings. On our exclusive listings, we represent the owner. After your profile is complete, you will have access to all available listings, not simply those on which we have exclusives.
