Live like a star in Lady Gaga's former Central Park South Penthouse!

Jennifer Gould Keil - New York Post

Lady Gaga’s former penthouse at 40 Central Park South is now on the market as a $33,000-a-month rental.

It’s the literal Haus of Gaga, which is what her creative team of stylists, makeup artists and prop designers is called.

The duplex is where she is seen vegging out in the recent documentary: “Gaga: Five Foot Two,” currently streaming on Netflix.

The apartment has also been home to Liza Minnelli and Lance Armstrong (not at the same time). While the two-bedroom, two-bathroom spread is being rented empty, the new tenant will still be able to bask in her light: Gaga’s rose-colored mirrors remain installed.

The nearly 2,000-square-foot pad comes with four terraces, and there are no neighbors on either side for privacy.

The home opens to a foyer that leads to a large sunken living room with a woodburning fireplace and park views. There’s also a formal dining room, and a chef’s kitchen. (Just don’t try to make your own dress out of meat.)

A dramatic oak staircase leads to the master suite, which features another fireplace and a spa-like master bathroom with a deep soaking whirlpool tub and a large walk-in closet.

The building, which dates to the 1940s, features a doorman/concierge, a package room and a gym.

The listing broker is Merav Shalhon, director of Essential New York, which is part of ATCO Properties and Management, the building’s owner.
