Standard Operating Procedure
As per New York Real Property Law section 442-h, please see below amendment to Essential New York Real Estate Standard Operating Procedures effective March 25, 2022:Prerequisites that prospective homebuyers must meet prior to receiving services from Essential New York Real Estate LLC:- Prospective client must present a valid form of photo identification. A copy of same will be retained in client’s file.
- An exclusive broker agreement must be signed by prospective homebuyer.
- Prospective homebuyer must show pre-approval letter from their mortgage lender. If such is not present at time of initial meeting, then it must be acquired within a reasonable timeframe to be agreed upon by broker/agent and client.
- If purchase is being made entirely by cash, Essential NY Real Estate requires that client presents proof of funds.
