This particular loft also has an in-unit washer/dryer.OUR OPINION: This Duplex home really works well for room mates seeking space for a home office, or a guest room. Roughly 16ft ceiling height, oversized windows, and enough living room space for a dining room table and comfortable seating area make it very inviting. We like the modern clean finishes, bathroom, and white kitchen. The mezzanine is very large, and could be nicely converted into a second bedroom.
